Venue Confirmed – Upgraded to a Larger Hall

Due to the overwhelming response and sold-out initial release, we have officially upgraded to a larger venue to accommodate more devotees and supporters.

• All existing tickets remain valid.
• Additional tickets are now available
• All ticket holders will receive communication via email with the confirmed venue details.

Booking Instructions:

1. Choose your ticket type, enter quantities, and click “Add to Cart” to purchase your selected tickets (Please note that children aged 3 years and under may enter for free, provided they do not require a separate seat).

2. Click “View Cart.”

3. Please review ticket quantities on the cart page. To change ticket quantities, update the quantity column and click “Update Cart” (To add different ticket types, click “Go Back” and make your changes.) Verify the total amount before clicking “PROCEED TO CHECKOUT.”

4. Please enter billing details, a valid email address for receiving the ticket link, attendee name and Credit Card information. Review and accept the terms and conditions and privacy policy before clicking “Place Order.”

5. Once the payment is through, your booking details and tickets will be displayed. Download your tickets by clicking the download button next to each tickets. Alternatively, you can download the tickets from the email you receive by clicking the download button next to each attendee name. Please save them on your phone or print hard copies for scanning at the venue.

Please note that seat numbers will not be allocated for bookings. Seating will be on a first-come, first-served basis.

Venue disclaimer:

Any decision regarding a change of venue will be made solely by the Event Organising Committee, only if deemed necessary for the overall betterment of the event and the comfort and experience of ticket holders.

Cancellation & Refund Policy:
• As this is an event ticket, change-of-mind cancellations will not be processed as refunds, in line with Australian Consumer Law for event bookings.
• Refunds will only apply if the event is cancelled or materially rescheduled by the organisers.
• However, ticket transfer will be permitted. For transfers, ticket holders can contact the event organiser via the provided email or mobile number, and we will assist.

*Visa Contingency Clause:*

In the unforeseen event that the visiting artists are unable to perform due to visa refusal by Australian authorities, ticket holders will be eligible for a refund of the ticket price paid, excluding any ticketing platform processing/transaction fees. Processing fees are non-refundable as they are charged by the ticketing provider.
